The domain is only accessible via a private cul-de-sac.
Our holiday home is 1000 m2 and has all modern comfort and privacy.
Next to the house there is a covered and shady summer kitchen with barbecue, on the other hand there is a large storage room (with extra toilet) and a covered terrace with views.
The private pool of 10m x 4.5m can be used from May to the end of September and can be heated if necessary.
There is a private garden with 3 terraces and panoramic views of the valley.
There is a second swimming pool of 6 by 12 meters next to our site that is common for 4 houses. You can also use it for free.

For each rental week you pay a deposit of € 250 at reservation.
After receipt of the deposit you will receive the rental contract as confirmation of the booking.
A deposit of € 500 is required for each rental period. This will be refunded to you after your holiday, less the cost of consumption.
Electricity and water consumption are not included. On arrival and departure, you must note the meter reading for electricity. For the water consumption a fixed amount of 10 € per week is paid.
Final cleaning is obligatory. An external company will do the final cleaning. For this service 95 € will be charged. It is only expected that you remove all rubbish and personal belongings, empty the fridges and do the dishes.
The balance of the rent, the deposit and the cleaning must be paid no later than 1 month before the departure date.
After that you will receive all practical information.
You will receive the keys on the spot.

The house is located in Loubressac in the department of Lot which is part of the midi-Pyrénées (south-west France).
The villages in the Lot are of exceptional beauty and bear witness to a rich past.
The house with panoramic view is situated in the middle of the beautiful nature at 4 kilometers from the listed village and a stone's throw from the Dordogne. Loubressac itself is fully restored and was classified as "un des plus beaux villages de France".
It is not for nothing that the Lot is the region with the highest concentration of "The most beautiful villages of France", such as Loubressac, Carrenac, Autoire, Rocamadour,...
But gourmets will also find something to their liking as the Lot is also famous for its gastronomy (Foie gras, duck breast, truffles, sheep dishes, nuts, cabou cheese, wine of Cahors, ...).
For the active holidaymaker there is certainly no lack of excursion possibilities ...

The small village of Loubressac is situated on a rock above the valley of the Dordogne.
