from 1pm. In the morning, people from the cleaning service and pool maintenance are busy getting everything in order for you.
We do not send keys by post.
You will receive the key on site from our contact person or find it at a pre-arranged place.
You can also collect the key in advance from us in Belgium if you prefer.
You can park your car in the driveway, but right opposite your holiday home there is a large parking for several cars.
At the entrance to the domain there are rubbish containers, only glass you cannot leave there. There is a glass container 500 metres away.
You should bring your own bed and bath linen. Blankets and sleeping pillows are provided.
The double bed downstairs measures 1m60, the double bed upstairs is 1m40, the single beds measure 90 cm.
In the kitchen there is a large fridge with 2 separate freezer drawers. In the storage room + in the outdoor kitchen there are extra frigos.
A dishwasher is available both inside and in the outdoor kitchen
The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a barbecue, electric cooker, combi-microwave oven, dishwasher and separate cutlery and glasses.
In Loubressac itself, there is a grocery where you can buy fresh bread every day from 8.30am (best to order in advance).
In the centre of Thegra (5 km, towards Gramat) there is a hot bakery open from 7am (closing day on Wednesday).

You can use our wifi for free
You pay 0.35/kWh per unit consumed, consumption via meter reading at the beginning and end of your stay.
We charge a flat fee of EUR 10 per week for water consumption
There is 1 digital TV (dish reception with TV-Vlaanderen + various channels) + DVD player. You can also stream yourself via Google chromecast.
The heat pump provides both cooling and heating.
There are 4 indoor units (in the dining area / living room / mezzanine / upstairs bedroom).
You only need to enter the desired temperature via the accompanying remote control.
After the summer season, you can also enjoy the fireplace in the living room
By 9am at the latest, you must leave the property and have removed all rubbish and personal belongings.
Sufficient loungers, parasols and garden tables and chairs are provided

From 1 May to the end of September, extendable if weather permits (outside temperature of at least 20 degrees). The pool can be heated with a heat pump (please note that this will increase your electricity consumption)
For safety and comfort, we have installed an automatic roller shutter.
The roller shutter is operated using the key on the wooden post by the pool terrace.
Please always close the pool in the evening; this helps the water retain its heat for longer and reduces contamination from leaves and insects.
To ensure it works properly, it is important that the water level remains sufficiently high; you will need to top up the water yourself using the garden hose if necessary.
There is an outdoor shower by the pool. The shower is heated by the sun, so be careful not to set the tap too hot.
Note for diving. The maximum depth is 1.60m. The pool starts shallow, making it child-friendly.
Maintenance is done at least once a week, usually on Saturdays but sometimes it’s done on Fridays or Mondays. Do not add any products to the pool yourself.

Water maintenance is based on salt electrolysis. No chlorine is used.
